WHY
Waccamama Fit was created with the belief that every woman deserves to feel strong, healthy and empowered - especially on the incredible journey of motherhood!

WHO
Whether you are an athlete or couch potato; first-time mom or head of a herd; wondering how to workout safely with a baby bump or determined to jump on the trampoline again as a mom... I got you! Waccamama Fit offers personal coaching, beacause every ones journey is different - but Fitness is such a game-changer for ALL mamas. Pelvic Floor issues can be addressed even years after the impact of having a baby!
WHAT
Through the stages of pregnancy, postpartum and beyond, Waccamama Fit will challenge you to utilize your core, build up your pelvic floor muscles and strengthen your body to be as fit, strong and functional as possible. We take no shortcuts, breaking down breath work, posture and core engagement to then efficiently build strength and function.

WHERE
Fitness sessions take place in the little studio in Murrells Inlet, SC [click here]. At-Home Sessions are available for an uncharge. Outdoor sesions are available (in form of Personal Trainings) by request.

SERVICES



Personal Training
Prenatal & Postpartum
These sessions are designed to support you in your individual context during pregnancy, postpartum & beyond and guide you to reach your fitness and health goals. You also have the opportunity to discuss personal fitness goals, create an exercise plan and receive coaching about nutrition during all stages of motherhood.



Group courses
Postpartum
These classes are open to all new mom's who want to safely ease back into exercise after having given birth. It's a seriesof classes centered around core basics (how to strengthen, heal and utilize your deep core muscles and pelvic floor). It lays the foundation for you to manage all the daily mama tasks with power and balance. The classes are recommended for mothers starting at 6-8 weeks postpartum, in accordance with your medical provider.
