FAQs
Is this service only for pregnant women?
Short answer: No :) Waccamama Fit provides specialized and safe training for women during pregnancy and postpartum and women with specific pelvic floor issues.. However, our focus on wholesome and functional health will benefit any individual during any stage of life!
How challenging are these workouts?
Personal Training is tailored to meet you where you are at and support you to work towards your goals. In other words: Whether you have not worked out for years or you are an athlete - you are in the right place :)
What if I am "post-postpartum"?
The quick answer is: It's never too late! Research showes that symptoms like pelvic floor weekness (for example leaking) and diastas recti can be improved by pelvic floor training even many years after having babies! In fact, some of our clients have kids around 6 or 7 years old. They have now found a way to feeling strong again and to support their bodies in being more functional, powerful and healthier.
What if I can't make it to a session?
There are no refunds for any unannounced missed sessions. But life just happens! So, if you have to postpone a session, contact me asap and latest 2 hours before the session.
