These personal training sessions are designed to improve your fitness and wellbeing according to your needs and goals. Every stage of life and every Mama requires a different workout - we will find the right one for you while providing safe, research-based methods to get you there.

floor muscles and all major muscle groups to equip you for the tasks of everyday life.

FAQs
Is this service only for pregnant women?
Short answer: No :) Waccamama Fit provides specialized and safe training for women during pregnancy, postpartum and beyond. We are specialized to support women who seek integrated pelvic floor training. However, our focus on wholesome and functional health will benefit any individual during during any stage of life!
How challenging are these workouts?
Personal Training is tailored to meet you where you are at and support you to work towards your goals. In other words: Whether you have not worked out for years or you are an athlete - you are in the right place :)
What if I am "post-postpartum"?
The quick answer is: It's never too late! Research showes that symptoms like pelvic floor weekness (for example leaking) and postpartum issues like eg. diastas recti can be improved by pelvic floor training even many years after having babies! In addition, menopause can lead to increased Pelvic Floor issues and we are here for it; working towards wholesome health for every season of life.
What if I can't make it to a session?
There are no refunds for any unannounced missed sessions. But life just happens! So, if you have to postpone a session, contact me asap and latest 2 hours before the session.
