FAQs

How long is this course?

This course stretches over four continuous weeks, with one class every week. The 4-week committment is very important in order to see the improvement of core connection and pelvic floor strength. It's recommended for all postpartum moms to do two courses to build a solid fundation. So after the first 4 weeks, you may book another course (4 weeks), if you like.

How challenging are these workouts?

These workouts are not extremely physically demanding. The hardest work is reconnecting your brain with these muscles you have kind of lost touch with during pregnancy, and trust me, that's hard :) Exercises can always be modified according to your fitness level and abilities. The workload wil increase gently with each class.

What if I am "post-postpartum"?

The quick answer is: It's never too late! Research showes that symptoms like pelvic floor weekness (for example leaking) and diastas recti can be improved by pelvic floor training even many years after having babies! In fact, some of our clients have kids around 6 or 7 years old. They have now found a way to feeling strong again and to support their bodies in being more functional, powerful and healthier.

Can I bring my baby to class?

You are welcome to bring along your little one as long as they are not able to move around yet (for liability reasons). I do encourage you to take this time to yourself, if possible, to focus soley on your wellbeing and then fill out of a full cup again ;)

What if I can't make it to a class?

There is no refund for missed classes.
